Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped same day, or the next business day. Please note orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays are processed on the next upcoming business day. We ship via Canada Post within Canada and the United States.
Shipping times may vary but you can expect 3-5 business days within Canada and 7-10 business days to the US.
If we "Johns" are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed additional days or may even become unavailable due to floor stock availability.
At this time ALL Team Sports items are pick up in store ONLY due to shipping costs. We apologize for any inconvenience.

CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY
Friendly reminder all holiday/ Xmas returns MUST be completed by January 6th! THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND.
All returns are available for exchange or store credit DEEMING merchandise purchased between November 15- dec 24th is in original condition, unworn and with ALL tags attached. All returns MUST be accompanied by either gift or original receipt for return! - no exceptions!

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will do everything we can to ensure exceptional customer service. RETURN(S) & EXCHANGE POLICY BELOW APPLIES TO ALL ONLINE & IN-STORE PURCHASE.
- John's will gladly issue an exchange or store credit for all unwashed, unworn and tickets merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of your purchase day (or Canada post delivery date for online purchases) when accompanied by the original receipt.
*We do NOT offer refunds on any items*
Please note should you choose to exchange for a lesser valued item than originally purchased, the remaining amount will not be refunded but a store credit will be issued on the remaining amount.
Your credit will never expire, store credit will be issued within 2 days of receipt for online returns or effective immediately if returning in store. Once issued the credit may be used on any item at any time.
*All sale items & take off % items are final sale - NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Body suits, undergarments, jewelry , swimwear, fragrances, belts, scarves, hats, toques, mittens, handbags, back packs, duffel bags, socks and gift certificates are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned OR exchanged (absolutely no exceptions of any kind)
*Shipping is non-refundable, unless a mistake has occurred on our end. All items are thoroughly checked for defects & damage(s) prior to shipping, unless pre-packaged by the manufacture. However if you feel you have received a damaged item please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your item(s). If you do not contact us within 2 business days we will unfortunately be unable to help resolve the issue.
*Return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility on all returns or exchanges, and non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item back to us. If you would like to exchange for another size, you will be subjected to a $10 flat rate shipping fee to receive the new size.
Please be advised, once your online order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including but not limited to; cancellations, applying discounts.
John's is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages of any kind, including incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Should you have placed an order with incorrectly typed shipping information , please contact us immediately at; firstname.lastname@example.org OR 780-674-2053 . Once your parcel has shipped, address correction will be your responsibility through Canada Post, and no refund/exchange will be honored should you not receive the parcel.
"In-store" pickup for online orders
Online "in-store" pickups MUST be picked up within 10 days of purchase date to be eligible for exchange (ie; different size), with original receipt or photo ID. We are happy to hold items in store for pickup, however please note; if items have not been picked up within 60 days from your order date, we will consider it abandoned and items will be donated. This also means no refund or store credit will be issued!
John's will not and is not responsible for pickup reminders. Pick up deadline(s), are the responsibility of the customer.
